Information in an inquiry
An inquiry may include your name, work email, company, estimated shipping spend, carriers, and a description of your concern. Optional details are not required to start a conversation. Please do not send carrier passwords, payment details, account numbers, or full invoices in an initial website inquiry.
Purpose and service providers
Inquiry details are used to evaluate your request, communicate with you, and discuss potential services. Delivery of a website form or email may involve the providers used to host the site and handle communications. Contact Bearson before sharing information that requires particular confidentiality or handling arrangements.
Invoice data and confidentiality
Before an audit begins, discuss the invoice sample, transfer method, permitted use of records, and any confidentiality requirements. Sending an inquiry does not mean that an NDA has been executed or that an audit engagement has started.

To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or discuss applicable privacy rights, email brett.bohara@bearsonintelligence.com. Identify the inquiry concerned without including additional sensitive information.
Website operation
The website and its hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and operate the site. This notice does not assert a security certification or guarantee that any transmission is risk-free. Bearson should update this notice if additional tracking tools or data-processing services are introduced.
